Karen List is a women’s spiritual coach and sound healer who combines shamanic sacred sound with women-centred coaching to support transformation and growth. Through a blend of crystal alchemy sound bowls and powerful coaching questions, she helps women take a challenging pattern or situation and alchemize it into empowered possibilities for the future.

I will begin by creating a sound journey with the crystal alchemy singing bowls, crafted just for you.The gentle chiming of the bowls will provide a grounding moment for you to centre and resource yourself and connect with a place of inner power or inner peace.
