Transformational Coaching for Women
The days are warming up and the sweet smell of Spring is in the air. I love this season—it always feels like an opportunity for new beginnings, a time to notice what’s ready to blossom, and to consider the seeds you may like to plant in the months ahead.
If you’re a passionate gardener like me, you’ll know that this is also the busiest time of year outdoors. So last weekend I rolled up my sleeves and got stuck into some of the bigger jobs, preparing the garden for new growth.
As I worked, I marvelled at how much has changed in just two years since I planted this section. Then came the pruning—cutting back hard in places! By Sunday evening every muscle ached, but when I looked around at the colourful native plants, and the birds and bees they attracted, I was in awe of what can grow with steady care and patience.
It struck me how similar this is to life. We plant, we nurture, we prune, we weed. We experience joy, accomplishment, and beauty—but also times of disappointment when nothing seems to flourish. And through it all, time and effort make the difference.

Reclaim Your Radiance through something you love
So I wonder, what are you planting for yourself this season? Is there something that makes you feel alive, purposeful, and fulfilled—something that leaves you tired but satisfied because it matters so deeply?
If you’d like to nurture new seeds in your own life, perhaps this Spring is the perfect time to reconnect to what lights you up, release what no longer serves you, and begin creating the future you long for.
That’s why I created Re-ignite Your Spark, my signature coaching program. It blends women-centred coaching with spiritual practices to help you come back to what truly matters. Together, we create the space for you to reclaim the heart and soul of your life—so you feel fulfilled, valued, and radiant.
