Sound is Medicine - what's your prescription?
Have you heard of Edgar Cayce? He was a well known clairvoyant in the last century who was known for his accurate predictions. He predicted that the future of medicine will be music and sound.
This concept was based on the belief that everything in the universe is energy and sound, a form of vibrational energy, that can influence the body’s physical, emotional and mental state. Today science has proven this to be true.

These beautiful instruments are made of pure crushed quartz and combined with semi-precious gemstones, metals and minerals, infused at very high temperatures. These elements make each bowl unique as it brings with it its own special alchemy.
The Power of Sound
The power of music moves us deeply, it brings us to memories of times in our life, but it is so much more than that. Sound relaxes us, it releases
stress, it lowers our heart rate and our blood pressure and encourages deep rest. It can also be a powerful tool to help us move through difficult times in our lives.
This inspired me to create an experience that combines a personalised sound journey with research based women-centred coaching to help women facing a challenging situation or problem and looking for a solution.

Whatever the challenge you are facing, a sound journey crafted specifically for you can open you to new possibilities. It can help you dissolve blocks much more easily, while helping you move towards your true desires. And you can experience it in the comfort and privacy of your home.
